Nutrition Month Celebration

Being a mother is not an easy task.It requires a lot of patience, strength and understanding. This is the job that has no day-off. You cannot even have a leave. It's like you are the employer and at the same time the boos of your own business. You can't even have a retirement because it is the endless job.

The health of the baby depends on her mother. The mother should take care of her self in order that her baby will see the world as healthy as most children that are being born. There are lot of things that are being forbidden to a pregnant woman. She mustn't smoke and drink alcohol because it will damage the brain of her child. She must also visit her doctor regularly. And most of all, she must be very careful of what she must take in.

Fruits and vegetables. These are the usual foods they say that nutritious. It is necessarily be eaten by a pregnant lady for her health and so with her baby.

Eating the right foods will be the reason of the baby's good health.

We should thank our dear mother, ina, mama, nanay and mommy because they are sacrificing a lot. Since we were born until now that we are old enough. We owe our lives to them.
